Individual Therapy

Behavioral Sleep Medicine

I provide evidenced-based interventions for adults and adolescents. I specialize in working with people who are struggling with their sleep. I am board-certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine and have over a decade of experience to help address:

  • Insomnia (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia; CBT-I)
  • Challenges with PAP adherence or adjusting to sleep apnea
  • Circadian Rhythm Disorders
  • Nightmares (CBT-N or IRT)
  • Tapering off of sleep medications (with the help of your prescribing provider)

I also have extensive experience providing psychotherapy to individuals on issues other than sleep, including:

  • Anxiety & Coping with Stress

  • Communication & Relationship Issues

Speaking Engagements

I regularly provide lectures and workshops on sleep to professional medical and psychiatric organizations and within the community. I also provide talks and workshops for corporations, wellness retreats and have been asked to speak as a sleep expert on podcasts and in printed media
