What I Do |
I work with adults and adolescents in individual and group therapy. I provide evidence-based treatments and specialize in Behavioral Sleep Medicine, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also incorporate skills from other evidenced-based treatments including mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. In addition to my private practice, I provide lectures and workshops on sleep and how to improve sleep for organizations and within the community.

Evidenced-Based Treatment |
Why evidenced-based treatments? Treatments are considered ‘evidence-based’ after they have undergone rigorous tests that show that they work. Typically, evidence-based treatments provide individuals with tools that have been shown to improve quality of life or decrease problematic or undesirable symptoms. These treatments are not designed to go on forever. I see my role as teaching you various tools that you can use to lead a valued and productive life.
